Just read your blog on iPhone and multitasking. An excellent rumination on the subject. I was writing my own reactions to the iPad and I got to the negative reactions (I have very few) and the lack of multitasking was first. I was trying to think of reasons why Jobs & Company decided originally to leave that out, so I Googled the question and your blog came up. You supplied those reasons. Thanks. I do think that now that the iPad is here, they'll have to seriously decide either to rewrite the whole OS (less likely) or begin to allow 3rd party users access to that underlying thread that currently only Apple's own apps can access. So I'm gonna start following your blog. BTW, I truly believe the iPad will become the singularly greatest phenomenon to ever hit the personal computer world. A voila the iPad, I think they have hit the nail on the head, I just don't think many people realise it yet.
