When I got my 3rd gen iPod I opted for Applecare and got maybe two new iPod's through them and countless pairs of earbuds just by making a call. I called a couple of days before the warrantee was up to get a replacement pair. Granted, it's not a GPS, but it's still nice of them. Very awesome.
